Brussels Airlines
Brussels Airlines, a subsidiary of the German Lufthansa and member of the "Star Alliance", is Belgium's main airline. The fleet consists entirely of Airbus aircraft. For European destinations, they use the A319, the A320 and 5 A320-251Neo recently added to the fleet. The A330 fleet (10 aircraft in 2024) is mainly used for destinations on the African continent. This network, still the specialty of "B-Liner", inherited from Sabena, which went bankrupt in 2001.
